1. How do you place an order?
Ordering at specialty scrubs is simple, easy and secure. After selecting your desired item simply add it to your cart and check out when you are ready.
2. Can you order by fax or mail?
At this point we only take orders online.
3. How do you track your order?
You can track your order through the link on the confirmation email that will be sent after the check out process.
4. What forms of payment does Specialty Scrubs accept?
We accept payment by Discover, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, cirrus, and paypal.
5. What if an item is not in stock?
If the item is not in stock, you will be notified by email with the information that the item is backordered along with the date it is expected.
6. How can you cancel or change your order?
All items in stock that are ordered before 3 PM ET will ship on the same day. If you need to cancel or change an order please email customerservice@specialtyscrubs.com with your request as soon as possible.
7. Is shopping at Specialty Scrubs secure?
All orders with Specialty Scrubs are completely secure. We handle sensitive information with special care so that are clients are never at risk.

Returns & Exchanges
1. What is Specialty Scrubs return policy?
All items are eligible for a return or an exchange within 60 days of when the items arrive as long as they are in the original shape they arrived in.
Original shipping and processing charges are not refundable, however we will not charge an extra shipping and processing charge in the situation of an exchange.
2. How do you return or exchange an item?
With our prepaid shipping labels that come with your order you can easily send an item back, but a $7.98 charge will be deducted from your refund. In the case of an exchange please fill out the form that came with your item.
